He was helping me to see that all too often our minds get in the way of finding a solution to a situation. The mind is a great place to store and sort data, but often the best decisions are made from our feelings about something/instinct/gut. If you look back at decisions that you went wrong on, often your "Gut" told you that you were heading in the wrong direction long before you made the decision, but you went with your logical mind/intellect instead. Oh how we learn through pain! The key here is that we often try to think our way through problems and that only accesses a limited amount of our intelligence. You've experienced this for yourself, I'm sure. So, my challenge to you is to listen to your feelings/gut/instinct in all of your business and personal decisions this week and experiment with trusting your feelings about things more often. Often it is more important to make A GOOD decision than it is to make the PERFECT decision.
